What We Do

Science Scoop inspires middle school students to work towards careers in science. There are three components to our organization: this website, our Instagram, and our interactive, in-person presentation.

The quiz we use to start our in-person program helps students identify potential careers in science that match their current interests. Our website aims to provide students who have done our program (and others!) more information (job descriptions and fun facts) on our five areas of science-related careers (animals, cosmetics, medicine, nature, and technology). We will also be incorporating different experiments for students to complete at home.

We are partnering with various schools, after-school programs, community groups, Girl Scouts of America, and other organizations both locally and in select areas across the United States to present our program and spread our love for science. Contact us to get the scoop on what we are doing!
